Nvidia guarantees up to $105 billion for an OpenAI data center in Ohio
Nvidia disclosed the guarantee in an SEC filing tied to OpenAI leasing a SoftBank-built Ohio data center with 8 gigawatts of planned capacity. First capacity is expected online in 2028, with Nvidia also investing $1.5 billion in SB Energy.
